Offsite Construction

Offsite construction refers to the planning, design, fabrication, and assembly of building elements at a location other than their final installed location.  The same materials are used and the buildings are designed to the same codes and standards as conventionally built facilities – but in about half the time.

In a world driven by cost and speed of delivery, offsite construction can be a fantastic option. It is well documented that modular off-site construction methods hold the potential to solve the UK’s crippling housing shortage.
