As Safety Smart has grown, we have been fortunate enough to work alongside a number of innovative modular building specialists. As such, offsite construction has become one of our key areas of interest and expertise.

Our clients include modular giants CIMC MBS, Elliott Offsite Solutions, Osco Homes and Ilke Homes (the offsite housing partnership between Keepmoat and modular specialist Elliott). We have been involved in a variety of offsite projects, including hotels, student accommodation, apartment and workforce accommodation and housing development schemes. One such projectincorporated vocational training for young offenders.

Anthony Tetlow, Safety Smart’s Director comments:

“Exciting times ahead for offsite construction and Safety Smart are proud to be in collaboration with some of the key players in this field. Modular construction involves extremely high risk work on a daily basis and robust Health & Safety Management Systems are crucial”.
